Tami grew up in Aberdeen but has called Rapid City her home for several years. She has always had a great love for animals but was hesitant to enter the field because she wasn’t sure if she could handle the sad/hard part of our jobs, but we’re so thankful she reconsidered because she has been our wonderful practice manger since 2015! She graduated from National American University in 2000 to become a veterinary technician and worked first at our sister clinic Canyon Lake as a registered veterinary technician for several years. Her favorite part of working at Mountain View Animal Hospital is helping pets who are so loved by their people and having an amazing team to help her do so! She loves all things sports, especially watching her daughter Syd play them. She also shares her home with her dogs Aspen and Tucker.
